PURPOSE:To obtain a filter small in heat generation on a coil by providing a switch element in parallel with a coil, closing the switch normally, opening it at a period so as to constitute a filter for the period. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency signal 4 superimposed on a high frequency power source 5 is transmitted to an adaptor 7 but not sent to an adaptor 8 through a filter because of the attenuation. On the other hand, a current supplied from the commercial power source 5 to a load 6 causes heating in coils 1, 2 when the current passing through them. A timer 9 switches switch elements 10, 11 connected in parallel with the coils 1, 2 at a period shorter than a block of a communication data comprising a high frequency signal. Figure A' shows the high frequency signal 4, and T is one block of the communication data. Figure B' indicates the switching state of the switch elements 10, 11, and when the switch elements 10, 11 are closed, the current fed to the load 6 passes through the switch elements 10, 11, no heating on the coils 1, 2 exists, but the high frequency signal 4 passes through the filter.
