PURPOSE:To easily handle the titled device by using an analog switch in order to control whether a terminal resistance is connected to each input signal line, respectively, of a magnetic disk driver or not. CONSTITUTION:The end of a control bus 5 and many Schmitt trigger circuits are connected by an input signal line 9, an analog switch 12 is provided between each input signal line 9, and a connecting point 11 of two pieces of terminal resistances 10 which have been connected in series, and one piece of opening/ closing control line 13 for bringing each analog switch 12 to an opening/closing control is connected in common to a control gate of each analog switch. In case a magnetic disk driver 2 has been set to the last position of a daisy chain connection, a daisy chain signal which is transmitted on the control bus 5 is connected to the terminal resistance by setting a signal transmitted on the opening/closing control line 13, to a high level.
