PURPOSE:To reduce the transmission and receiving on a control line to a necessary minimum during controlling by plural sets of remote controllers and to smooth the transmission and receiving by performing the transmission of a fixed interval only by one set of the remote controller. CONSTITUTION:Based on the input data of an operating switch input circuit 4a of a remote controller 1a, an operating command is transmitted. When an equipment controller 6 operates and controls a controlled equipment based on the received data, control data is transmitted at every fixed time from the remote controller 1a. A remote controller 1b receives this transmission and stops the transmission when the input data of a switch input circuit 4b is not changed and only displays by a display output circuit 5b. When the input data of the circuit 4b is changed, a microcomputer 3b transmits the control data through a transmitting/receiving circuit 2b, the remote controller 1a receives this transmission and stops the transmission at every fixed time and instead thereof, the remote controller 1b performs the transmission at every fixed time.
