PURPOSE:To facilitate discrimination, by converting a plurality of measured data indivisually or in a group unit to store the same and applying operational processing to the converted data to display individual results simultaneously in a state classified by colors to display the same while painting out the difference area of each specific curve with a color different from that of the curve when said results are displayed by the specific curve. CONSTITUTION:A program is read from ROM9 by closing a key 24 and CPU6 performs operational processing for double display to arrange measured data and a standard value or a tolerance value at first and subsequently matches the dimensions of a vertical axis and a horizontal axis and calculates the max. value of data to standardizes the same in a form capable of being displayed on CRT22. The difference between two characteristic curves is calculated from the magnitude of the data after standardization and the characteristics curves are classified by colors and the difference area thereof is also painted out by a separate color to be displayed. The difference areas (a), (b) of the characteristic curves of specimens A, B measured by a tester 1 are displayed using yellow and blue with respect to the green and red of the characteristic curves. By this constitution, a characteristic can be intuitively determined and discrimination working efficiency is enhanced.
