PURPOSE:To contrive shortening of the molding cycle, by providing a hole through which a cooling medium passes within a movable insertion piece provided within a molding material flow path to shift a cross-sectional area of the flow path during molding. CONSTITUTION:A cooling medium 53 to be sent from a cooling medium supply side 51 is either discharged or recooled by passing through a cooling medium outflow nipple 49 and cooling medium outflow pipe 50 and recirculated after the same has been sent to a cooling hole 54 processed into a movable tapered pin 21 through a cooling medium inflow pipe 47 and cooling medium inflow nipple 48, circulated within a cooling hole 54 by a partition board 52 and cooled by depriving the movable tapered pin 21 of its heat. With this construction, a movable insertion piece, which has been turned into a high temperature through heating and heat accumulated by a molten material to be injected at the high temperature, high pressure and a high speed, can be cooled forcibly. |
