PURPOSE:To make it possible at home to bake a prefessional picture pattern on the surface of a porcelain, glass vessel, etc. by making a heat generating body arranged in a receiving section absorb microwaves emitted from a microwave oven to raise the temperature of the heat generating body to a high temperature and, by the radiation heat from it, baking picture patterns on the surface of a product on to its base body. CONSTITUTION:A vessel main body 1 is arranged in the cooking section of a microwave oven 2. When the switch of the microwave oven 2 is turned on, microwaves emitted in the microwave oven 2 invade with almost no absorption loss into the inside through the vessel body 3 formed by the outer walls of the vessel main body 1 and through its lid 4 and reach heat generating bodies 9 and 9a. Because said heat generating bodies 9 and 9a are constructed mainly of microwave absorbing materials such as carbon and carbon silicate, the heat generating bodies 9 and 9a reach a high temperature of about 900 deg.C in a short time by absorbing efficiently emitted microwaves and become red-hot. A product 5 is indirectly heated by the radiation heat from the heat generating bodies 9 and 9a. Accordingly, pattern pictures 11 and 11a are oxidized and baked on the surface of the basic body of the product 5.
