PURPOSE:To judge whether lubricating oil is properly supplied to a portion to be lubricated by couting the number of passing granular lubricating oil by compressed air circulating in an air passage, and judging whether the supply amount is good or not according to the count value. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating oil supply device 1 is operated to feed compressed air to a pipe 4, and a valve 9 and a lubricating oil supply pump 10 are operated to make lubricating oil granular, so that the granular lubricating oil is supplied to a bearing 2 as a portion to be lubricated through a pipe 3. The granular lubricating oil transferred in the pipe 3 is counted by a sensor 15 which is adapted to reflect an image illuminated by a light source 17, using frosted glass 19, sense the movement of the image and count the number of passing oil by a count portion 20. A count value of the count portion 20 and an initial value of an initializing portion 24 are compared by a comparing portion 25, and the comparison result is sent to a judging portion 26. According to a decision result of the judging portion 26, signals are sent to control means 23 and an alarm device 27. |
