PURPOSE:To enable the titled method to adhere a swollen part of a lining part to a collar of an outer pipe easily, by a method wherein the outer pipe to the inside of which the lining pipe has been applied is arranged on a rail, which is interposed between a pressure plate and supporting plate, and the pressure plate is welded to a protruded part or the swollen part of the lining pipe with pressure, and is spread through pressurization. CONSTITUTION:An outer pipe 1 to the inside of which a lining pipe made of synthetic resin has been applied is arranged on a rail, which is interposed between a pressure plate 6 and supporting plate 7 or sid ends of the outer pipe 1 are provided on a protruded parts of an inner pipe 2 by inserting the inner pipe 2 through the outer pipe 1, the inner pipe 2 is bonded to the outer pipe 2 with pressure by expanding the same by applying desired pressurizing force to the inside of the inner pipe 2 by sealing the side ends of the outer pipe 1 and swollen parts 2a, 2b of the inner pipe 2 are constituted on the side ends of the outer pipe 1. Then the pressure plate 6 is pressed against the protruded parts or the swollen parts 2a, 2b of the inner pipe 2 by either pull by a rope or mechanical pressing, spread through pressurization, and cut off by leaving desired length; and the remaining part is stuck to a collar 10 of the outer pipe by the pressure plate or the pressurization or processing. With tthis construction, a steel pipe to the inside of which the lining pipe made of vinyl chloride has been applied can be manufactured.
