PURPOSE:To reliably bury a gap produced during return of a pan plate and to decrease the size of structure and simplify structure, by a method wherein pipes are secured at the same pitch as that of a gear on the outer peripheries of a pair of discs situated between sprockets across a rotary shaft, and a phase is regulated. CONSTITUTION:A spacer wheel III, formed with a boss part 9 and a disc 19, is situated between 3' of a sprocket wheel II, and pipes 8 are secured at the same pitch as that of a gear 3' on the outer peripheries of the discs in a manner to make contact with their respective bottom surfaces 1' of pan plates 1 formed in a rhomb in cross section in an advancing direction. A projection piece 11 protruded from the boss part 19 toward a rotary shaft 4 is nipped between projections 25, radially protruded from the boss part 3', by means of a screw 12, and the phases of the spacer wheel III and the sprocket II are regulated to secure them by means of a bolt 23. This simplifies structure of the pan plate 1, causes aborption of elongation of a chain 2 thanks to superposition of the horizontal plates with each other, and buries a gap, produced during return of the pan plate, with the outer peripheral surface of the pipe 8.
