发明名称 METHOD OF PREVENTING HEAT TRANSFER PIPE IN FLUIDIZED BED FROM WEARING
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a heat transferring operation from failing because of scale adhesion, and to prevent the heat transfer pipe in a layer from wearing by a simple way, by operating a fluidized bed furnace by mixing a fuel or a chemical agent which contains vanadium or/and sodium with a main fuel. CONSTITUTION:A main fuel being fed from a main fuel banker 6, and an auxiliary fuel such as oil coke containing vanadium and sodium, being fed from an auxiliary fuel banker 7, are thrown into a fluidized medium to burn in a fluidized bed 1, being mixed with each other while they are fed into the fluidized medium. With this arrangement, a thin film uniformly covers the surface of a heat transfer pipe 2 in the layer and that of a fluidized medium, forming a wear preventive coating film, so that the surface of a heat transfer pipe 2 in the layer will not contact silica and alumina, and becomes completely free from wearing. The ratio of scale forming fuel to a scale preventive chemical is to be controlled in order that scale can not grow on the heat transfer pipe. By this method, the failure of heat transferring operation caused by scale as well as the wear of the surface of a heat transfer pipe in the layer can be prevented.
