PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of an electric dust collector, by extracting part of combustion exhaust gas from a position on the upstream side before the gas is fed into the electric dust collector, and by recycling it to an incinerator after dust is removed from the gas by letting it pass through an inertia force dust collector or a centrifugal dust collector. CONSTITUTION:Part of exhaust gas is extracted on the upstream side and is led into a centrifugal cyclone 6 before the remaining gas is fed into an electric dust collector 2. Part of exhaust gas, from which most dust is removed by the cyclone 6, is sucked by a circulation fan 5, and is fed into an incinerator 1 again. In this case, the dust of which particle size is below micron can not be removed by the cyclone 6 but most of dust is removed from the gas, so that the circulation fan 5 is enough to be furnished with a dust preventive specification of simple structure. Because circulated air rate does not pass through the electric dust collector 2, the capacity of a collector 2 can be largely reduced.
