PURPOSE:To reliably seal inverted heat convection by effectively making the specific gravity of a valve agree with the specific gravity of a fluid in the titled device for circulating boiling water in a bath or the like. CONSTITUTION:Even with a large valve 4, the specific gravity of the valve is made effectively agree with the specific gravity of a fluid, so that the valve 4 neither sinks nor rises to the surface, but the valve floats in the fluid. The valve flows in a very gentle current caused by an inverted heat convection in the same manner as in the fluid, thereby to seal the inverted heat convection in corporation with a wedge effect of the valve reliably. In this case, if the valve 4 is spherical, the valve can be rotated in any manner, so that the resistance for restricting the valve in such a manner as to freely move can be reduced to the minimum.
