The process consists of (a) centrifuging vulcanised latex, made with 3-6% zinc dibenzyl dithiocarbamate as vulcanising agent, to eliminate chemical prods.; (b) macerating the purified latex; (c) foaming by chemical or mechanical means; (d) casting the latex foam; and (e) heating at 50-90 deg.C to dry the latex, assist de-moulding and obtain a pure, transportable prod.
