The machine consists of a rotating plate fixed to the motor shaft housed in casing, the upper face of the plate being provided with retractable blades on its lower front end which have a step or wing directed downwards, engaging in an annular depression in the periphery of the base of chamber. The recess acts as a guide for blades which turn solidly with plate.
