<p>The process, for lining pipes of any diameter, consists of (a) cleaning and degreasing the interior wall of pipe; (b) preparing a first sleeving for interior lining by partial impregnation with resin; (c) inserting the lining into a section of pipe so that the inflatable system is in contact with the interior wall of the membrane; (d) inflating the system with fluid under low pressure; (e) switching on the electrical heating to raise the temp. and accelerate polymerisation of the resin; and (f) deflating the system and withdrawing the resin.</p> |
