<p>Analyser-particularly for enzyme reactions Each sample is divided into at least two parts samples in separate vessels, all having the same running time though the equipment between feed in and parameter measurement. Critical treatment in terms of the reacting to be observed is applied to all parts in such a way that the difference in time between cessation of such treatment and the measurement is different for each part sample. Where only two part samples are formed they are taken over by the conveyor simultaneously and fed to the treatment and measurement stations. A photometer is used for direct reading of the absorbence difference between the two parts.</p> |
