PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of generation of distortion in the image of a transferred hologram by providing a heat resistant protective layer between a vapor deposited metallic layer and adhesive agent layer and forming release layers and/or heat resistant protective layer of a thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:>=1 layers of the release layers 3 are provided on a film base material 2 and a hologram forming layer 4 consisting of an electron radiation curing resin or UV-curing resin, the vapor deposited metallic layer 5, the heat resistant protective layer 6 and the adhesive agent layer 7 are successively laminated on the layers 3 to constitute the titled sheet. The heat resistant protective layer 6 is provided in order to protect the vapor deposited metallic layer 5 against the heat in the stage of transfer. At least one layer of the release layers 3 and/or the heat resistant protective layer 6 is formed of the thermosetting resin.
