PURPOSE:To arrange respective modules at optional addresses by setting optional original addresses for respective modules which are inputted and generating respective modules which can be arranged at the set addresses. CONSTITUTION:A processing means for setting original addresses is written in a storage part 3. A processing procedure for solving external symbol reference is written in a storage part 4. Then, when respective module names and the original addresses of the modules are inputted on a keyboard 6, a CPU 1 starts processing. Namely, an optional address is set for a module from a module input/output part 2 according to the processing procedure in the storage means 3. Further, respective modules which can be arranged at the set addresses are generated according to the processing procedure in the storage part 4 and outputted to the input/output part 2. Thus, the respective modules can be arranged at the optional addresses.
