PURPOSE:To obtain food and drink such as bread, cake, paste product, e.g., boiled fish paste, food and drinking water such as healthy drink, etc., having high nutritive value, by using blood or serum containing an aqueous solution of citric acid instead of water. CONSTITUTION:4pts.wt. of previously prepared 10wt% aqueous solution of citric acid is blended with 100pts.wt. collected blood (e.g., animal blood obtained at a slaughterhouse, etc.), the prepared noncoagulating blood is used instead of water to give bread, cake, paste product such as sausage, boiled fish paste, etc., and food and drinking water such as healthy drink, quasi-drug, etc., having high nutritive value. In order to avoid coloring by blood, the blood is separated by a centrifugal separator to give serum, which is used instead of the blood. |
