PURPOSE:To ground hardening material having high strength after hardening because of low hardening reaction and improved workability, comprising powder obtained by drying a mixed solution of liquid water-glass and a slightly soluble or insoluble powder carrier. CONSTITUTION:(A) Liquid water-glass having 1.0-5.5 molar ratio is blended with (B) slightly soluble or insoluble powder carrier (e.g., slag, calcium silicate, talc, fly ash, aluminum hydroxide, iron oxide, magnesium carbonate, etc.,), heated to evaporate most of water, the solid material is pressed and ground into powder or the component A is blended with the component B, made into slurry, sprayed from a jet nozzle into hot steam or hot air to evaporate water and powdered to give the aimed hardening agent. USE:Impregnation of ground, impregnation of back-filling material for tunnel, harding of muddy water and sludge, etc. |
