PURPOSE:To precisely carry out temperature control of melt pitch and to produce high-quality pitch yarn, by directly equipping a spinner disc with a heating means. CONSTITUTION:A spinner disc 6 having plural spinning nozzles is provided with heating a means 12 and a heating means 12b to directly heat the spinner disc and a hollow revolving shaft 10 supporting the spinner disc 6 is equipped with a rotary resistance mechanism 40. The resistance mechanism 40 consists of electricity receiving rings 44a-44d set at the outer periphery of the hollow revolving shaft 10 and electricity feeding brushes 48a-48d attached to a hollow fixed shaft 22 outside the revolving shaft 10.
