PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a junction body having a strong joining strength by using a specified active metallic brazing filler material for the junction part of ceramics and a metal, at the time of manufacturing the junction body of both of them. CONSTITUTION:At the time of joining a ceramics member 4 of SiC, Si3N4, cyalon, etc., and a metallic member 6 of an Fe-Ni alloy, Fe-Ni-Co alloy, Ta, Ta alloy, W, W alloy, Mo, Mu alloy, etc., Ni plating 5 is performed in advance to the surface of the metallic member 6, and thereafter, an active metallic brazing filler material 10 containing at least 5-50wt% Ni, 30-70wt% Ag, 15-40wt% Cu, and 1-10wt% Ti is inserted and held between the ceramic member 4 and the Ni plating surface 5 of the metallic member 6, heated at the temperature of a melting point or above of the metallic brazing filler material 10 and also of a melting point or below of the metallic member 6, the metallic brazing filler material 10 is melted and both of them are joined. Also, the metallic member 6 of this junction material and other metallic member can be joined by using a brazing filler material being on the market. |
