PURPOSE:To seal plural path opening parts which are opened in the axial direction in the hole inner surface of an article to be tested at a time by providing seal pins freely hauntingly in he orthogonal direction to inside twofold rod members which are relatively movable. CONSTITUTION:When the outside rod members 20 and 31, and the inside rod members 22 and 32 are inserted into holes of the article 2 to be tested and a seal pin coming and going control member 35 slides the inside rod members 22 and 23 with respect to the outside rod members 20 and 31, respective seal pins 27 are projected by the forces of springs and oil path opening parts 2d which are opened at the prescribed intervals in the holes of the article 2 to be tested are blocked and further, when the seal pin coming and going control member 35 slides the rod members 22 and 32 in the opposite direction from such a state, the respective seal pins 27 are immersed in the rods by the sliding of the rod members 22 and 32. In this way, the plural whole path opening parts 2d can be sealed by a simple and compact mechanism such as the rod members 22, 32 20 and 31, seal pins 27, spring members and the seal pin coming and going control member 35.
