PRODUCTION OF POLYAMIDE FIBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a modified cross-section yarn having large deviation from roundness or a hollow yarn having high hollowness from a polymer having low viscosity without extremely lowering the spinning temperature, by using a polyamide containing a specific amount of a secondary amine in the molecule. CONSTITUTION:In the spinning of a modified cross-section or hollow polyamide yarn, a polyamide containing 20-100meq/kg of a secondary amine in the molecule is used as the polymer. The introduction of the secondary amine in the polyamide molecule can be carried out e.g. by adding a polyamine having primary amines at both terminal and represented by formula H2N[(CH2)eNH (CH2)mNH]nH (e and m are 2-12; n is 1-10) to a reaction system prior to he completion of the polycondensation of polyamide.
