PURPOSE:To readily obtain the titled ice cream, by injecting chocolate dough from a chocolate nozzle to ice cream dough flowing from a nozzle and forming a chocolate layer in the ice cream dough. CONSTITUTION:Ice cream dough 4 is made to flow from an ice cream nozzle 1 and chocolate dough 5 is forcibly injected from a chocolate nozzle 2 toward flow of the dough 4. Consequently, tip of the injected chocolate dough 5 is made to deeply flow into the ice cream dough 4 and a thinly lamellar chocolate layer is formed in the flowing ice cream dough 4 to produce the aimed chocolate-containing ice cream. The prepared ice cream has small pieces of chocolate drawing a linear pattern in the dough, beautiful appearance, chocolate readily meltable in the mouth and good taste.
