The invention relates to instruments of the "Dispenser" type allowing solids immersed in a liquid to be issued in constant volumes. It comprises a coin mechanism G allowing the scoop E to be pivoted. The volume e being in high position, the crank F, by virtue of a rack and pinion system A-C, makes it possible to translate the basket B, thus for the user to separate the whole or part of the solids from the liquid and to fill the volume e. A new rotation of the coin mechanism G allows the user to obtain his solids at D. Among the more beneficial applications of the invention may be quoted the dispensing of olives in public places, and in particular in bars. <IMAGE>
