PURPOSE:To facilitate the addition of function by correcting part of software by setting a definition/nondefinition state by a processor corresponding to an operation parameter. CONSTITUTION:When the operation parameter is sent from an input/output controller to an I/O interface bus 20, it is inputted to a parameter register 3 and an address selector 4 selects the parameter register 3 and outputs a 4-bit operation parameter 19 to a memory address 18 to read the contents of a memory circuit 5. The read data is outputted as a normal/abnormal signal 21 and when an undefined operation parameter is sent, the normal/abnormal signal becomes 1 and a channel detects the undefined operation parameter being sent, so that an error processing sequence is entered.
