PURPOSE:To accomplish the raise of the production efficiency of a plastic rod with a rubber bushing with executing simultaneously the preliminary compression of the rubber bushing and its in corporation at the forming process of the plastic rod, by forming the link part of the rod constituting an outer pipe at the perimeter of the rubber bushing by using injection pressure simultaneously with the formation of the rod by shaping material. CONSTITUTION:The molten member of shaping material is poured into the shaping spaces 2, 9 from a runner 5 through a gate 6 by injection molding. The poured shaping material is composed of a mixture of a thermoplastic resin such as nylon 66 and a reinforcing member such as glass fiber. A rubber bushing 3 is compressed inwardly under high injection pressure and simultaneously the parts of the rubber bushing 3 protruded upwardly and downwardly by injection pressure get into the upper space 21 of a mold, and at these state the shaping material is cured. Flange parts 3a are formed at the upper and lower parts of the outer periphery of the rubber bushing 3. When the protruded parts upwardly and downwardly of the rubber bushing 3 at the time of injection molding get into the upper space 21, the upper space 21 and a side space 7 lead to each other, and the injection molding material flows into that upper space 21 and compresses the rubber bushing 3. |
