PURPOSE:To improve workability and enable the treatment of connection to be automatized, by providing a jig with a section retaining the terminal wire of a coil, and by connecting the wire to a circuit pattern with an applied printed circuit board after the terminal wire is shaped. CONSTITUTION:The intermediate section of the both terminal wires of a coil 1, an intermediate retaining section 3 for retaining the tip section, and a terminal retaining section 7 are arranged on a jig 2 for aligning the coil 1. In the first industrial process, the coil 1 is mounted on the jig 2, and the terminal wires are engaged with the intermediate retaining section 3 and the terminal retaining section 7. Then, in the second industrial process, the intermediate sections of the respective terminal wires are shaped with the shaping jig. Then, in the third industrial process, a printed board is applied on the jig 2, and each of the terminal wires is soldered to corresponding circuit pattern. Finally, in the fourth industrial process, the tip section leaving the soldered section of the terminal wire is contrived to be cut off to be discarded. |
