PURPOSE:To remove an influence of solder gum and improve adhesiveness for sealing by inserting a copper alloy wire coated with synthetic resin into a wire insertion hole on the upper part of a pole while uniformly heating the periphery of the insertion part and having the said wire including its part coated with synthetic resin hot-deposited on the pole for burying the whole pole into a battery jar with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A copper alloy wire 2 coated with synthetic resin is inserted into a wire insertion hole 1a on the upper part of a pole, while heating the insertion part with a heater part 4 of a heating iron 3. The pole 1 having started to thermally melt is cooled with the cooling part 5 of a heating iron 3 while drawing up the heating iron 3 above the pole 1 to remove it from the pole 1. Here, an alloy of Pb with 2wt% of Sn is used for the pole 1, while a substance, in which ordinary vinyl resin is coated with a feather-edge tube of vinyl chloride and thermally contracted, is used for the part, coated with synthetic resin, of the copper alloy wire 2. The wire insertion hole 1a of the pole 1 is formed by casting while processing a metal mold in advance during the casting process. Thereby, a bad influence due to the use of solder or the like can be removed. |
