PURPOSE:To execute high efficiently the writing by winding the auxiliary coil to the core so that the leaking magnetic flux can be formed in the direction perpendicular to the magnetic recording surface from a pair of cores, and driving the main magnetic pole coil and the auxiliary coil with the common signal for recording. CONSTITUTION:Between a leg part 11c of the magnetic material and a main magnetic pole 12a of the ferromagnetic material, the leaking magnetic field to constitute a part of the annular magnetic field is formed, and an auxiliary coil 15 is wound in parallel to the horizontal surface so as to surround a core 14 constituted by the leg part 11c and the main magnetic pole 12a. A leaking magnetic field H formed by a head 10 for the magnetic recording is formed by synthesizing a magnetic pole H1 by a main magnetic pole coil 12b only and a magnetic field H2 by the auxiliary coil 15 only, comes to be the slender oval shape in the vertical direction, a vertical component Hy comes to be large and the field comes to be the magnetic field with a little horizontal component Hx. Thus, by using the leaking magnetic field H in order to write the information to the magnetic recording media, the efficient writing can be executed. |
