PURPOSE:To stabilize electrical, optical, and photoconductive characteristics at all times by having plural rugged shapes consisting of spherical recesses of traces on the surface of a base and having the plural smaller rugged shapes in said spherical recesses of traces. CONSTITUTION:A light recepting material 100 has the light recepting layers consisting of the 1st layer 102 and 2nd layer 103 along the slopes of the ruggedness on the base 101 having the plural very small rugged shapes consisting of the spherical recesses of traces and further having the plural smaller rugged shapes within the spherical recesses of traces. More specifically, plural pieces of the ruggedness consisting of the spherical recesses of traces are provided on the base surface of the light recepting material having the plural layers on the base and the plural smaller rugged shapes are provided in the spherical recesses of traces, by which the problem of interference fringe patterns appearing in the stage of image formation is considerably solved. |
