A milking machine having a milk pipe and milk hoses of a teat cup cluster which are connected to connecting pieces of the said pipe. The technical problem is to stabilise the vacuum for each teat cup cluster and to ensure that the outflow of milk is unimpeded. The milk hoses (9) are connected to a stabilising chamber (13) and a special vacuum channel (14) leads out of the milk pipe (1) into the stabilising chamber (13). <IMAGE>
