The machine relates to a working machine for plastic machining or machine cutting, having a frame 2 supporting a first stationary tool, a second tool which is movable towards and away from the first tool, a drive member 5 for manoeuvring the second tool, a table for workpieces which are to be worked and a clamping member for clamping the workpiece to the table. According to the invention, the drive member is constituted by a membrane-type cylinder 5 having a cylindrical side wall 13 and a base 9 and having a membrane 10 which is clamped in place at a distance above the base 9 of the housing and which, between itself and the base of the housing, delimits a work chamber 11 for pressure fluid and also having a pressure plate 12 for acting directly or indirectly upon the movable second tool. <IMAGE> |
