PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of the output peak current value by providing bypass means for compensating the change in the current flowing through a Zener diode connected to the source of a FET due to the variation of the mark rate of the input pulse signal. CONSTITUTION:As bypass means, the emitter of a transistor 6 of emitter follower connection is connected to the source of a FET 2. The emitter potential of this transistor 6 is set to a value which is substantially equal to the potential of the cathode operating point of a Zener diode. Therefore, the change of the Zener diode current due to the mark rate can be prevented by the bypass means to make the source potential of the FET constant, thereby suppressing the variation of the source potential, or the variation of the peak current value of the output pulse. |
