PURPOSE:To perform the survey of an internal defect on a tunnel internal surface and a worked ground surface easily and accurately by mounting an infrared detector on an automobile, etc., detecting heat infrared rays from it while moving on the worked ground surface to be surveyed, and monitoring variation in detection output. CONSTITUTION:The heat infrared-ray detector 1 is mounted on an automobile, helicopter, railroad car, and other transport vehicles. While the detector is put in operation, the transport vehicle is run on the worked ground surface to be surveyed to measure radiated heat infrared rays successively. The offset setting circuit 7 and gain determining circuit 8 of a processing circuit 2 which receives the output of the detector 1 are adjusted properly according to estimated temperature. The output of the detector 1 is converted and amplified into necessary signal format to a necessary level by an amplifier 3, whose output is displayed on a color monitor television 4 and also stored on a storage medium 5. |
