PURPOSE:To perform efficient electrical generation with the economical device of a small volumetric capacity, by moving permanent magnets and electromagnetic converters relatively. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permanent magnets 3 are embedded along a concentric circle and in a disc-formed rotary body 2 fixed on a rotary shaft 1, and a plurality of electromagnetic converters 4 are arranged with the both side surfaces of the rotary body 2 between the converters and in contact with the permanent magnets 3. When the rotary shaft 1 of the rotary body 2 is rotated, then the permanent magnets 3 move and pass the tip section of the magnetic core of the electromagnetic converters 4 along with the rotation of the rotary body 2, and voltage induced to coils is rectified and smoothed by diodes 9 and condensers 10, and the output is generated.
