PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a magnetic head in advance by providing a detaching member which forms a peeling part to detach a connecting pin from a connection hole at a steel belt, and an energizing member which makes turn and recover an arm to its home position after detaching. CONSTITUTION:A deceleration mechanism 32 is provided between the driving shaft of a motor and an arm 17, and a driving pulley 33 is provided on the gear of the output side, meanwhile, an arm pulley 34 is provided on the arm. A steel belt 35 whose both terminal parts are fixed at a base, is bridged between two pulleys, and a connecting hole 35c is formed at the steel belt, and a connecting pin 33a which is made in such a way that it can be connected and disconnected freely at the connecting hole and makes turn the arm pulling the steel belt in a connecting time is protruded at the driving pulley. And a detaching member 38 which forms a peeling part 38a that makes detach the connecting pin from the connecting hole at the steel belt pressing the steel belt at the completion position of a scanning is provided, and furthermore, an energizing part 24 which makes turn and recover the arm to the home position after detaching is provided. Thereby, responsiveness can be improved and simultaneously, the damage of the magnetic head, etc., can be prevented in advance.
