PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the runnaway of a step motor even if the stop command cannot be received at the driving portion because of the noise reference, etc., by sending out a start command to the driving portion at every fixed time. CONSTITUTION:When a step motor 4 continues to by the control signal to a driving portion 3, which drives the step motor 4 from a control portion 2, step commands are sent out at every fixed time from the control portion 2 to the driving portion 3, from where corresponding to each step command the driving pulse train in fixed time is sent out to the step motor 4 to get it to actuate. On the other hand, when the actuation of the step motor 4 is to be stopped, a step command is sent out from the control portion 2 to the driving portion 3. Thus the output of the driving pulse train to the step motor 4 is stopped at once, by which the actuation of the step motor 4 is also stopped. |
