PURPOSE:To form the sliding surface of a spiral chute, which is to drop bulk objects such as bags or steels spirally, accurately and efficiently by hanging a plurality of thin sheets between a pair of frames with a gap between two adjoining sheets. CONSTITUTION:A pair of frames 11, 12 are mounted around a center column 8 spirally from the top to the bottom. Each of the frames 11, 12 are fitted with flaps 5 at a certain spacing, and a long hole 6 is bored in the foremost part of each flap. Bolts 6 are fitted in these holes 6, and thin sheets 3 are hung on the frames 11, 12 independently with a gap between two adjoining sheets. This constitutes a spiral chute 4. According to this arrangement, the sliding surface can be formed accurately and easily as a whole, as well as adjustment or repair of these sheets 3 as forming slide surface performed easily. |
