PURPOSE:To perform efficient electrical generation with the economical device of a small volumetric capacity, by moving permanent magnets and electromagnetic converters relatively. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of permanent magnets 2 are arranged along a cylindrical circumference with the center of a rotary shaft 1, and a magnetic cylinder is formed. In the magnetic cylinder, a plurality of electromagnetic converters 4, 4' and diodes 6 are arranged. When the rotary shaft 1 is rotated, then on every electromagnetic converters 4, 4' approaching and passing the permanent magnets 2, pulsating voltage induced to the electromagnetic converters 4, 4' is smoothed by a condenser 7 via a conductive medium, and the output of a plurality of DC voltage V1, V2 is generated.
