PURPOSE:To input and output data in parallel at a high speed by providing plural memories where data are stored and extracting and outputting data stored in memories to a trailing circuit while storing data inputted from a precedent circuit in other memories successively. CONSTITUTION:Two bank memories 11 and 12 are provided as plural storage means 100 and changeover switches 61-64 and a control circuit 5 are provided as a switching means 200. While data (d) inputted from the precedent circuit is stored in either of the bank memories 11 and 12, data (d) stored in the other memory 11 or 12 is read and outputted to the trailing circuit. Consequently, data (d) are stored and read in parallel and fast data (d) are inputted and outputted.
