PURPOSE:To eliminate a break of radio communication and to improve reliability by providing two oscillators and allowing one oscillator to cover the other even if the latter oscillator gets out of order. CONSTITUTION:The two oscillators 37 and 39 input signals whose phases are synchronized with the outputs of reference oscillators 31 and 33 selected with a switch 35 to a hybrid circuit 5. The hybrid circuit 5 performs the distribution and vector synthesizing of the two input signals and sends out its output to output terminals 7 and 11. Even if the oscillator 37 gets out of order to have a break of output, a vector signal B/2 is obtained at the output terminals 7 and 11 of the hybrid circuit 5. If the oscillator 39 gets out of order to have a break of outputs, a vector signal A/2 is obtained at the output terminals 7 and 11 of the hybrid circuit 5. Therefore, even if one of the oscillators 37 and 39 gets out of order, the output signal of the hybrid circuit 5 is obtained and radio communication is never broken off.
