PURPOSE:To contrive to miniaturize a device and lighten the weight and obtain a large thrust, by a method wherein a first and second yokes are arranged via specified gap, and wherein one side yoke is wound up with a coil at least, and wherein magnets confronting the first and the second yokes are arranged. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second yokes 19, 20 are arranged via specified gaps 25, 26. One side yoke 19 at the least is wound up with a coil 21. Magnets 14, 15 are confronted with each other and arranged via the first and the second yokes 19, 20 and the specified gaps. By the gaps 25, 26 between two yokes 19, 20, the variation of magnetic flux to the yokes 19, 20 can be set to be constant, and as a result, a thrust for moving the yokes 19, 20 and the magnets 14, 15 relatively is generated.
