PURPOSE:To enhance the circular degree of a frame and improve radiating property, by pressing a cylindrical main frame unit formed with a plate member being made round, from the inner diameter side, and by pressure-shaping the frame unit again from the inner diameter side at a specified dimension after radiation fins are welded on the outer peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:First, the flat plate member 1 of a specified dimension is made round and formed in a roughly circular shape, and the butted surfaces 15 are welded to form a cylindrical main frame unit 2. Then, a plurality of extension clicks 3 are inserted inside the main frame unit 2, and the main frame unit 2 is pressed from inside to be cylindrically shaped. After that, on the other peripheral surface of the main frame unit 2, the specified number of radiation fins 11 are welded to be fitted. Finally, the extension clicks 3 are inserted inside the main frame unit 2 again, and the unit 2 is pressed from inside, and the circular degree of the unit 2 is enhanced. As a result, contacting property between the main frame unit 2 and a stator 6 is improved, thereby radiating characteristic is improved.
