Protective shield for fire-fighting which can be folded and rolled together and is composed of flexible, but dimensionally stable sheet elements which are connected by means of hinge elements which can be bent perpendicularly to their pivot axis, permitting folding and then rolling together advantageously around the body of the fire extinguisher.
