The window consists of blind frame and casement frames forming chambers when closed so that the room/side chamber is sealed to the casement and frame as compared with the weather/side chamber which leaves an air gap right round and has side holes to lead the air up to outlets in the top cross rail of the casement. One air hole should be in each of the vertical inside flanges of the blind frame and lead into the sealed room/side chamber. There should be a transfer hole on the contact rim of the top casement rail below the sealing strip leading from the sealed chamber into the cross rail. The transfer hole is allocated two offset air outlets in the cross rail. USE/ADVANTAGE - Building construction window fittings.
