PURPOSE:To increase the productivity, by sawing a plurality of rolled longer materials to be cut at several points simultaneously in a stepless manner into a desired length when the longer materials are sized and cut with a disc saw. CONSTITUTION:A movable sawing unit 5B has longitudinally movable rails 6, 6 arranged lateraly of a roller table 2, and a stationary sawing unit 5A is positioned oppositely. The plurality of the longer materials are abutted on a sizing apparatus (not shown) by the roller table 2, and are clamped at 7A, 7B, the desired length to be cut is set by the movement of the unit 5B, and the plurality of the longer materials are cut simultaneously with both the units. |
