PURPOSE:To enable the suction of a chemical with a fixed sucking operation, by providing a chemical container at the chemical suction position of a sucking nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A sample container 10 is sent intermittently in the direction of the arrow 41 with a proper intermittent feeder along a transfer path 40 and stopped sequentially at a sample sucking position 8 and the sample is sucked 7 at the stop position. With a solenoid valve 38 closed and with a solenoid valve 37, the sucking operation is done by moving a piston 42 of a pump 39 to the suction side. When calibration is done by a reference liquid 24, a suction nozzle 7 is moved to the chemical sucking position 9. Then, as the nozzle 7 reaches the position 7', the movement of the suction nozzle is stopped and the piston 42 of the pump 39 is moved to the suction side to suck the standard liquid 24 through the nozzle 7. Meanwhile,a cylinder pump 32 on internal liquid 34 side of a comparison electrode moves a piston 43 to the discharge side to feed an internal liquid 34 into a comparison electrode chamber 6. Moreover, the liquid level of the standard liquid 24 is kept at an overflow level while the standard liquid 24 is being sucked with the nozzle 7, thereby enabling the suction of the standard liquid 24 without troubles. |
