PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation confirmation of an application program and the simulation of a system only by a programmable controller body by adding a pseudo input/output control part and a switch. CONSTITUTION:The pseudo input/output control part 5c which inputs data to be outputted to an input/output unit 6 originally by referring to an input/ output state memory 5b in operation confirmation mode and then outputs it to the input/output state memory 5b according to a control rule described internally in advance is added to a conventional example. Further, a switch 10 is added which connects an input/output control part 5a to the input/output state memory 5b in normal operation mode and also connects the pseudo input/ output control part 5c to the input/output state memory 5b in operation confirmation mode. The pseudo input/output control part 5c consists of a pseudo output part 21, a pseudo input part 21, and a simulator 23. Consequently, two pieces of information, i.e. connection information between output and input and delay information on output to input are used as the control rule to perform writing operation through a communication part 4 by using external equipment 9 such as aprogramming panel or host computer as the simulator 23 of the pseudo input/output control part 5c. |
